We’re mid-holiday-season, which means this, for a lot of us, is a much needed time of rest before we’re thrown into 2018. Even though the holidays have their own set of stressors and triggers, taking that time to disengage from the craziness of your life is key to avoiding burnout.

It’s important to work hard and sacrifice for what you want in life. Especially when you’re at a place in your life when you’re still building the foundation for your future. However, it is equally important to find time to recharge in the midst of all of this.

Life can be a lot sometimes. Even if you think you’ve got everything handled, if you’re anything like me, you can always use a reminder to check in with yourself.
